Avin Ramotar -  Executive Director      Bachelor of Science UCF - Business Administration-Marketing

Mr. Ramotar has spent several years working with Orange County Florida Housing Authority to ensure that 1st Time Home-buyers are educated in regards to the various phases of the home-buying process including an understanding of how the County's Down Payment Assistance program works and what their responsibilities are to qualify for this benefit.

Mr. Ramotar has spent the last three years in business working with Homeowners, HOAs, Attorneys, Local Lenders, Governments and Contractors in regards to property rehabilitation, collections, sale negotiations and lien releases.

 

 

Timothy Melvin - Negotiator
Tim works closely with the borrower and real estate agents as well as being the information contact for all parties included in the process. Tim deals directly with the bank or servicers on behalf of the borrower and provides the best options based on their financial situations.
